It's been a couple of years since I've gone to one of these, but it was fun to meet up with Mom, Chris, Gabriella, and Aimee and go up with one again. Dinner, learning some new recipes/dishes, and trying to figure out when/if I'll ever use any of them again.
Our instructor was Kristi. She was pretty cute to listen to and watch. I'm thinking she has a pretty fun job.
In action - obviously we were not sitting front row, but we'd rather have a good meal and sit a little further back then sit there for a few hours to get front row.
It's definitely something I'll go to again and again. I really do like collecting recipes - and even using them every now and then!
