Since I have been to a full out concert. And this one was actually the opening stop in the tour for Journey, Night Ranger, and Foreigner. I will admit, I really didn't know what songs Night Ranger sang - can't say that I do now even after seeing them. I was mainly excited about Foreigner and Journey. Truthfully, it was a good concert, although no big pyrotechnics, huge light shows - just more proof that you don't need it. It felt so good to be out singing and yelling and just enjoying myself. The people watching was also highly entertaining. Our little section, and some of our neighbors, all zeroed in on one specific couple. I am actually pretty sure the lady was the same one who was so shocked when I told her she was in my personal space following the Bon Jovi concert in March. That just made me laugh. They had lots of beer and pretty sure some other stuff helping them with their good time.
Jukebox Hero - very appropriate.
All of my Journey pictures turned out really dark. I was trying to get a shot of the new lead singer. He was great. Don't know his name, but he is an Asian guy. Voice totally did not match what I would expect from the body.
It was a fun night. I need more nights like this, but my pocketbook usually says otherwise.
