Please Get Healthy

And this time I am not talking about myself.  Our team at work is not very big.  In fact, as of this adventure there were only, six of us - one had already moved to another office and another left right after.  So, Thursday afternoon, another coworker and I put our detective skills to work in order to track down one of our coworkers who had come into work and announced she had thought she had had a seizure the previous night.  Then she drove herself, fortunately, to the emergency room of a local hospital.  We were both relieved that we didn't find her car and a bunch of flashing red lights on the highway and that we located her at the first hospital we tried.  We weren't sure if we would be able to see her or if the hospital would even let us know any information, but she let us come back and we sat with her.  I drove her car, dropped off her new prescription, and then took her home.  The hope is that she is having a very relaxing weekend and that she is able to work with her doctor to figure out exactly what is going on.

Then, I look on Facebook and discover that the coworker who left right after the previous adventure was in the hospital this weekend.  It's good to know she's been released and is at home for recovery - I am hoping the work they did at the hospital was what she needed to get better.

I think that's plenty of hospital adventures for our little team.  Plus, I know another worker wasn't feeling great this weekend.  I know allergy season is coming which doesn't usually bode well for me.  All I am asking right now is for everyone to be healthy - or at least stay away from the hospital!
