Last month with Maya's birthday, our official "busy season" started for birthdays. We have at least one each month until December, with the exception of November, but that's Mom and Dad's anniversary so there's still a reason to celebrate.
This month we have our Miss Briley turning two. I realize I am just the aunt, but it still baffles me that this is birthday number two and not her first. I can only imagine what her parents are actually thinking. This little girl is our personality. I swear it's bigger than she is! My favorite is singing songs with her and having her do the actions before you say the words, like she's the one prompting you. It sure has been a fun two years with her in our lives. Hope the Bear Lake celebration was wonderful. (We can't get her into a pool, but we'll try a freezing cold lake - maybe it worked.) Sorry I missed it. Love you tons, Briley!
